Replacements:

Replacements of confirmed registrations are subject to a charge of € 30,00 per participant after 1 May 2022.

VAT

Conference is liable for Italian VAT as it is classed under VAT legislation as “services” and therefore VAT is charged by the services provider (organisers of the conference).

Other Italian institutions and companies subjected to VAT-exemption policies will not be charged VAT provided that they can prove their specific VAT exemption status.

Please state the name of participant and CIPA 2023 and send copy of bank transfer by email cipaflorence2023.reg@aimgroup.eu within 72 hours

Registration is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

Participants do not need to request the invoice since AIM Italy will issue and send invoices to all participants with confirmed and registered payment as per Italian regulation on incoming payments.

POLICIES

Each attendee must register separately.

Registration payments must be received before the registration deadline for a certain discounted rate to be applied; if payment is not received before the deadline, the next higher rate will be actually applied.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Registration fees will be refunded only if cancellation is received in writing at cipaflorence2023.reg@aimgroup.eu by 1 May 2023. Cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee of Congress Registration/Gala Dinner € 50.00 + VAT

Workshop € 25,00 + VAT

For cancellations received after 1 May 2023, no refund will be provided.
